In short

  • We never sell your information.
  • For sign-in we only receive your name, email and photo from Google.
  • Your posts (jobs, rentals, etc.) are public; marriage profiles are visible only to signed-in members.
  • You can delete your posts any time, or ask us to delete your account data.

1. Who we are

Bangla360 (staging.bangla360.3iglobaltech.com) is operated by the Bangla360 team ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use Bangla360 and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile photo and whether your email is verified.
  • Content you post — jobs, rentals, marketplace items, business listings, offers, money-transfer rates, events, notices, help requests, community/marriage profiles, reviews, comments and photos or contact details you choose to include.
  • Messages and requests — what you send through the contact form or a "Trusted Services" request.
  • Safety information — reports you file and the users you block.
  • Technical data — basic, anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type) and error reports that help us fix problems. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To run the service (show your posts, let people contact you), keep it safe (review reports, remove fake or harmful posts, block abuse), answer your messages and requests, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. What other people can see

Posts are public and may include the contact details you add, plus your display name. Community/marriage profiles are visible only to signed-in members and only adults (18+) may create them. Please don't post information you don't want others to see — such as your home address, immigration documents or financial details.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run Bangla360: Google Firebase (sign-in and database), Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), Sentry (error reports) and Stripe (card payments for Pro — Stripe receives your card details directly; we only keep your membership status and Stripe customer ID). They process data only to provide their service to us.

6. Keeping and deleting data

Your posts stay until you delete them or they are removed for breaking our Terms. You can edit or delete your own posts at any time. To delete your account data, contact us.

7. Children

Bangla360 is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Marriage profiles are for adults 18 and older only.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continuing to use Bangla360 means you accept the updated policy.
